Overview
The building to be renovated must be located within the State of Wyoming and must have been constructed prior to January 1, 1980, with 75% of its square footage dedicated to commercial, non-residential business. The maximum amount of the loan is determined by the building’s square footage but in no case over $100,000. The interest rate is 3-5% and the term is a maximum of 10 years. A 50% match of private money is required.
