Overview
A non-bank lender, which uses a variety of federal state loan programs to assist businesses, including SBA 504 loans. The funds can be used for fixed asset acquisition, renovation and construction of facilities, financing costs and working capital.
Additional restrictions apply to some of the programs. WIDC works with companies to help determine the most appropriate financing package for the project.
