• SF0069 Homeowner Property Tax Exemption
- Exemption: 25% reduction applies to the first $1,000,000 of Fair Market Value.
- Filing Period 10/01/2025 - 03/01/2026
- Submission Method: Online only submission to the Wyoming Dept. of Revenue
- Do you qualify?
- Single‐family residential structure and associated improved land.
- Owner must occupy the residence for 8+ months/year.
- Complete the Wyoming Residential Owner‐Occupied Affidavit
- Not available to persons who qualify for the Long‐Term Homeowner Exemption
• HB003 Property Tax Exemption for Long-term Homeowners
- Exemption: 50% off assessed value of your primary residence and associated improved land up to 35 acres
- Filing Period 10/01/2025 - 05/25/2026
- Submission Method: Application submission to County Assessor’s Office
- If you qualified in 2025 and there have been no ownership or residency changes, fill out a Wyoming Long-Term Homeowner Recertification Affidavit and Application
- Do you qualify?
- Applicant or spouse must be at least 65 years of age
- Must have paid Wyoming property taxes for at least 25 years
- Owner must occupy the residence 8+ months/year
- Surviving spouse of a 2025 exemption recipient may be eligible
- Complete the Wyoming Long-Term Homeowners Affidavit
• SF0089 Veterans ad valorem Exemption-amount
- Filing Period 01/02/2026 – 05/25/2026
- Submission Method: Application submission to County Assessor’s Office
